GetGlue is turning QR codes into check-ins

GetGlue’s founder, Alex Iskold, announced today at ad:tech that GetGlue users may now check-in simply by scanning a QR code.
Alex used the upcoming film Thor as an example, saying that a GetGlue user could scan a QR code on the poster to check-in, adding value for both the brand and the user.

Experian and Turn team up for success

Experian, known in the industry for it's analytical skill and cost effective approach to media research, announced today that it would be going from offline to online.
According to their presentation, the partnership with Turn gives Experian customers an "easy button", allowing them to power their media transactions online for better efficiency and reach.
