GetGlue is turning QR codes into check-ins

GetGlue’s founder, Alex Iskold, announced today at ad:tech that GetGlue users may now check-in simply by scanning a QR code.
Alex used the upcoming film Thor as an example, saying that a GetGlue user could scan a QR code on the poster to check-in, adding value for both the brand and the user.
